What exactly is Jiva?

A powder you mix with water that delivers the same kick as a juice-bar ginger shot, plus turmeric, black pepper (for 20× curcumin absorption), prebiotic fiber, coconut water electrolytes, and a whole-fruit blend. One scoop in warm or cold water. That's it.

When should I mix it?

Most people do it first thing in the morning, before coffee. Just add a scoop to cold water, stir for 30 seconds, and you're done.

What does it taste like?
